Reading the updates

Road reports show provider and collection times. Weather shows the NWS observation or forecast issue time. Camera image timestamps belong to the provider: a successful load does not prove a new frame.

Traffic older than 15 minutes is labeled older; condition reports older than two hours are flagged individually. Weather observations older than two hours and forecasts issued more than 24 hours ago are labeled older. No report is an all-clear.

This site carries dated saved copies of park alerts and conditions text. Automatic public collection is not connected. Reloading retrieves the available copy, not a new provider observation. Use NPS for current notices; source dates and recorded check times are distinct.

Ruby’s Inn provides four views in Bryce Canyon City. NPS provides the Yovimpa Point view inside the park. UDOT provides 23 nearby and regional road views; locations are shown when you enlarge one.

Video starts muted. Road images load automatically and refresh while visible. Select any view to enlarge it. Use the provider’s image timestamp to judge its age; loading successfully does not prove a fresh capture.

At the October 13, 2026 12:30 PM MDT recheck, offline frames appeared at SR-12 mile 97.28 and SR-14 miles 8.12 and 20.6. SR-14 mile 17.3, previously offline, displayed a road image. NPS’s image age remains unverified after an earlier maintenance notice. Dated checks are not continuous health monitoring. NPS image archive ↗
